Valuation of a 27-mile mainline corridor in the US Mid-Atlantic. The valuation included the inventory and valuation of 57 miles of track, including PTC signaling. A separate valuation of a fiber optic occupancy within the mainline corridor was also performed.
The corridor was divided into 67 valuation segments, with 52 different valuations. The track asset inventory utilized client provided data and on-track inspection.
We utilized 360 imagery collection to aid in the inventory and subject inspection.
Our expertise in corridor valuation, track valuation and occupancy valuation allowed us to efficiently provide our client a comprehensive appraisal for use in negotiations. We are involved in an ongoing arbitration process for the fiber renewal.
